CAIO is a Japanese legal entity (CAIO株式会社, registered in Tokyo). Our privacy and consumer-disclosure obligations are governed by Japanese law and stated in Japanese on our Company page. Privacy
CAIO collects personal information through web forms, webinar registrations, business meetings, and standard website analytics (Google Analytics 4, Cloudflare access logs).
Information collected is used solely to respond to inquiries, deliver advisory engagements, send requested communications, and improve site experience. We do not sell personal information. We do not transfer personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by Japanese law.

Commercial disclosure
Japanese law requires consumer-facing service providers to publish a disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). The legally binding Japanese commercial disclosure notice is available on the Company page.
For prospective international clients, the substantive points are:
- All engagements are contracted under Japanese law in writing
- Pricing for SMB AI Judgment Design Practice: JPY 500,000–1,200,000 (excl. tax) for the Initial Theme Design Package
- Pricing for PE & Deal Team Advisory: case-by-case quotation following a 15-minute fit call
- Payment by bank transfer, post-delivery, against invoice (long engagements may use milestone billing by agreement)
- Delivery primarily online (Zoom, Google Meet); on-site available by arrangement
- Cancellation: contract-stage cancellation incurs no fee; post-engagement-start cancellation per the engagement contract
The Japanese disclosure on the Company page is the binding text for any party engaging CAIO under Japanese law.
